Not sure when I ovulated as I don’t track it other than keeping an eye on my cervical mucus, position and the glow prediction. But according to all of that it says I would of ovulated about 4-5 days ago. Ever since then I’ve been having mild lower abdomen cramps more so in the evening and A LOT of lower back cramps. This is my first month really trying for a baby so I’m not getting my hopes up, but I don’t remember this happening before after ovulation. Is it normal for you to have back cramps so soon after ovulation?
