What’s the menstrual cup method?

I’ve seen some women talk about using a menstrual cup while TTC.. can someone explain how it works?? and did it work for anyone??

This just proves we as women will go to the ends of the earth to find new ways to keep the swimmers as close to our cervix as possible as we can! I love this idea 😂 
There is no keeping us from getting the sweet little babies our hearts desire ❤️

I swear by this method, I’ve historically had a really hard time conceiving, and an even harder time staying pregnant 😓. BUT! I used pressed and the cup and fell pregnant immediately, the only down side is I did end up getting a uti, but it cleared up in like three days 😂 but I’d say it’s worth a shot and I know 100% it worked for me

I was about to start this method myself but I started taking CoQ10 instead and got pregnant that same cycle 😂
I read somewhere that there were no clear research on that method and swimmers were gonna swim regardless.
I guess I’m just commenting to follow this thread 😅
