Why is it so hard to get money back on Uber eats?
I don’t order much but today I did. This is what I ordered vs what I got. I hate to complain but


The granola was SOGGY. I’m trying to get my money back in the “help” centre. There’s a bunch of different ways I’m trying. They either just say sorry for the inconvenience and it’s end of discussion, or they require a photo. I go to upload the photo and it doesn’t work it just loads forever!! Is there another way I can get my money back for this?
