TTC after Chemical advice please

Hey all, my OB is giving me options and I'm kind if overwhelmed. This month I had a chemical pregnancy. My first miscarriage. Background.. I had my son a year ago with no issue. From Jan to March this year i lost about 15-20 lbs and saw some irregularities in my cycle...40, 35 days until this last month back to 30 days. I also had some really light spotting before my period, but never tested to see if i actually have low progesterone. I was on supplements when i had this miscarrriage. She is offering progesterone and estrogen after ovulation AND starting medication like Femara to regulate ovulation/rise progesterone and estrogen levels. I can also pass all that and just do a blood test after ovulation to test the levels.

This seems like a lot to me. This miscarriage really scares me but I also recognize that I've gotten pregnancy twice in basically 4 cycles.

What would you do going forward if you were in my shoes? We plan to try again right away.
