Prenatal vitamins?

Hi everyone, i just ended my first sessuinnof Clomid and am TTC for baby #1 and was windering if I should be taking a prenatal vitamin? I was under the understanding that i start those once I find out I am pregnant. Any advice? Which ones to buy and when to start taking them?

You should start vitamins as soon as you are trying to conceive. Folic acid is very very vital to a healthy pregnancy. The first 28 days of the baby's life in your belly are the most important, seeing as that's when the neural tube forms. The more vitamins and nutrients you have, the higher chances of a healthy pregnancy. :) Even if you don't conceive soon, prenatals do wonders for your general health.

You should start them now, Im surprised your RE who prescribed Clomid didn't recommend that. I like the Theralogix brand, I buy it online, a 3 month supply and it auto refills until you cancel.

Mornin! I started taking prenatals last month and I have always taken One-a-day multi so I just switched to One-a-day prenatal. It also has the recommended folic acid ? hope this helps.. Oh, and I'm 30 and TTC for #1 and this is our first month off BC ?✨?✨

I've been taking my prenatals since pregnant with my first to gear up for the next one, so over 3 years. Never too early to start prenatals.
