Did you fast for your 1hr glucose test?

I have my glucose test Monday & my doctor didn’t tell me to fast, she just suggested for breakfast that morning having 2-3 eggs (heavy protein) and skipping carb/sugar heavy items like juice or bagels

For my first pregnancy they told me I had to fast. For this pregnsncy my midwife said I didn't have to. I think it depends on the doctor/midwife

Kinda a little, I just limited sugar intake so it doesn't mess with the test and made sure to drink lots of water cuz they take a lot of blood. I passed make sure you bring a snack/breakfast for after

I don't remember if she said to for my previous pregnancies. This one she didn't, only said to not have too many carbs. I did eat a little about an hour and a half before drinking the drink and it wasn't an issue.

My first pregnancy they told me I had to fast. For this one, they said try to fast, but if you absolutely need to eat something, make sure you only eat proteins
