Anyone know of any good natural treatments for pink eye?

Depends on if it's allergy related pink eye or viral. Viral will need antibiotics!

Just bathe the eye in lightly salted water.
Use cooled boiled water (it can still be warm if you want but not hot) and for every cup of water add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Use a washer or a cotton bud dipped in the salty water and gently wipe the eye. Repeat as often as you like but at least twice a day.
