I’m confused

So I have a 16 year old sister she was with a guy on June 10 but she was sure they used protection and then on June 29 she was with another guy and they where seeing each other until July 17 now she ended up pregnant and she is 6 weeks (confirmed ultrasound) how could she now who possibly is the father June 10 guy or the other
