So I’ve been at my job for a couple of years now. Each year I asked and would receive a raise. I am very confident of what I have brought and will continue to bring to the table. From dealing with a regular clientele to an increase during a certain sport season. Always stayed overtime to finish projects, contact info, etc. Now that I have had my first child (been on maternity leave for almost 3 months) and starting daycare soon (I’m so sad). I’ve had a job title change to a higher title (with no raise) recently, but I’ve been doing the exact duties since being in this department. I can basically work how I want and leave whenever, at this job. Child care is expensive & inflation does not make it better.

Basically, I’m not sure if I want to stay or want a flexible at home job with a higher pay. Any at home jobs recommendations?
