Go in or continue to wait?

I have been having contractions off and on all day. Now it’s 330am and I have been woken up by horrible back pain and abdominal pain. We live about an hour from the hospital and I don’t know if I should wait longer to see if it’s gas pain or go ahead and go in?!?! Ahhhhh.. the last thing I wanna do is show up at the hospital and it just be gas pain. 😣

If it woke you up and your hospital an hour away I’d go in because you never know. Don’t wanna have your baby without assistance

I should add that at my last appt I was 3cm, and I have passed gas so I know it’s not a gas bubble.
