Feeling light headed / nauseous
Hey Ladies,
I’m one week into trying to control my GD with diet changes. So far all my numbers have been within range, so it seems like everything I’m doing is working.
Since I’ve changed my diet I feel so much weaker, nauseous and light headed. I’ve even had moments I have to sit down because I don’t feel good.
What am I doing wrong? Im eating a ton of proteins and still trying to incorporate small amounts of carbs. Any tricks you ladies can share?
