Would you consider this a red flag in a job

I read there guidelines and they said if your quit they drop your last pay check to minimum wage for no call no shows or not putting in a 2 weeks notice. I can kind of understand no call no shows but two weeks notices should be optional and you shouldn't get punished for not putting one it. For one a job doesn't give you 2 weeks to find a new job but they expect you to give them 2 weeks to replace you and 2 that makes me worry that this job will try to make my life a living hell the last 2 weeks because they know I can't do anything about it if I need my full pay check.

I'll add I'll usually give a 2 weeks notice, but if a job does something where it's well in my right to quit on the spot then I don't think i should have most of my check shortened.

@Realist I used to be a manager and while yes it fucking sucks when people leave without a 2 weeks, I've also been an employee and still see the side "They don't give you 2 weeks before they fire you". And even then I would never cut an employees check short for not giving 2 weeks. That time they worked was there money and I wouldn't cut it like that.
