Help I’m scared ima lose her

Fell asleep while feeding baby And heard a thump from my bed …hospital thinks we abuse her because she fell face first and busted her lip and fractured the side of her jaw but I would never lay a hand on her idk what to do 😭😭 they said most likely a investigation will take place (3months old)
