Natural remedies for a dog with a UTI

My pup has a UTI. This is his second one he’s had. The last time he was put an antibiotic from the vet which made him shakes and sick. I was wondering if anyone knew of any natural ways to get rid of it. He’s been having so many accidents in the house and there’s a tinge of blood in his urine. He’s also not wanting to take a walk but he is drinking water. I hate seeing him this way.
