2 week notice

Someone help me feel less like sh*t! Also a rant🫠

So I am putting in my two week notice at work tomorrow as I got an offer somewhere with better hours 8-5 a dollar more and 100% Health. But I feel bad cause I know how sh*t the job is, ie. nothing getting done right, health is from another state so no coverage where I live, never knowing when I’ll be off, go in at 8:30-9 and can get off anywhere from 6 to 8 some nights. Mind you I’m a dental assistant. And to top it off one of the drs CONSTANTLY treats me like trash, makes me cry. Mainly feel bad because I feel like everyone will hate me. We planned to move last summer and they knew way ahead of time and the person they were gonna hire quit a week after accepting the job. I need advice maybe, how should I let them know I’m putting my two weeks in? Verbal, paper, email? HELP!
