Opk finally peaked but bbt proves no ovulation. I also assume just my progesterone is not strong. I hope to make appt or just a call by ob to get on progesterone. I did have a 5 wk loss on July 7. So, it can be cause of that.

Took an opk tonight cuz i feel ewcm. Don't see when wiping but i am familiar w symptoms. Just a circle. Not sure if digital CB opk has to be with a hold of pee.

I would love to think i did ovulate and it's just my lack of sleep this past week. Just been waking up and dreaming a lot
