Pregnant or just crazy??

Question

My boyfriend and I have been trying for our first. My period is 22 days late, I got a blood hcg test done at 15 days late and it was negative but I have all of these symptoms which are driving me crazy. (See below) can someone please tell me if im crazy or if I should be worried 
Nausea
Mild cramping
Im super emotional
Tender breasts 
Late period 
Im insanely hungry

There is an insanely small chance your blood test was a false negative so more than likely your cycle is just thrown off by something. I’ve completely missed a whole month before, and it’s just PMS symptoms.

It may be your brain and body tricking you since you've convinced yourself you are pregnant. If blood tests are negative, you're not pregnant. 
Could also be normal PMS symptoms as well
