What’s the earliest you’ve tested?

I ovulated Sunday, or at least that’s when my positive test was. Can I test the beginning of next week? I’m very impatient. I also have been on BC though so I haven’t gotten my period yet. Fingers crossed and it won’t come!
Also - I know you ovulate like 12-36 hours after ovulation… but how would I know the exact day of ovulation & how many DPO I am?

2 weeks after suspected ovulation. If you test too early you run the risk of false negatives. Simply because either you haven't implanted yet or you haven't produced enough HCG yet.

It’s best to wait until 11dpo at least. Like someone else said, 9 dpo is the most common for implantation and it can take two days for HCG to double and be detectable on a HPT. As far as confirming ovulation day, you can track bbt but I’d use Fertility Friend and it will confirm ovulation at 3dpo once you’ve had 3 higher temps than your previous 6.

I’m starting to test at 10 DPO because I’m impatient and don’t want to wait the full 14 days. I’m currently 8 DPO and keep telling myself only a couple more days 🤪😅😇

With my first I didn’t get a faint positive till 13dpo. No I am pregnant with my second and I tested at 9dpo and got the faintest barely there positive I had ever seen

8/9 dpo at the very earliest. 9 dpo is the most common time for implantation but anywhere from 6-12 dpo is possible.
