Horrible the week before and week of af

So about a week or so before af I always get super sore breasts like I can't even touch them and I am so annoyed with everyone. I have this attitude for the weekend before and week of, I want nothing to do with my husband no sex drive and I feel like being like this we will never conceive. How do I get out of this without feeling like I am forcing myself to have sex? Am I a crazy person and horrible B for this, I try so hard to not be this way but it just happens.
