Accidentally scratched baby?

Hello. I’m a first time mom and my baby is 2 months old. I noticed this scratch on his arm today and I don’t know if I may have accidentally scratched him while breastfeeding in the nighttime. It seems to have healed but I can’t help to worry if there’s something I should’ve done. And the fact that my baby still hasn’t had his tetanus shot keeps popping in my head. I know I may be overreacting but I can’t help it. I feel so bad 😓

There's a chance he may have done it to himself? I try to keep my baby's nails short but he has still somehow scratched his own forehead twice 🤷🏻‍♀️

Your a new first time mom. You are going to worry. You can talk to the pediatrician if you are really concerned. But to ease your mind. It’s a tiny scratch that has healed. It seems like no matter how on top of trimming nails you are, babies can and will scratch themselves. My advise is that if the scratch isn’t bothering the baby then he/she is likely fine and won’t suffer any long term trauma. Relax momma! 🥰
