Hair loss?
Hi everyone, I'm struggling with my hair, it's been like a year since I started noticing my hair is falling like crazy! I started taking collagen/biotin/q10 pills (4 months) but now seemed to stop working, we did have a couple of years of super high stress (damn pandemic) and I thought it was because of that but now idk. Everything seems ok but my hair, is either breakage or falling but I'm having major stress now cause it keeps doing it! I fear brushing my hair cause it feels everything stays on the brush!
Any advice? Does magnesium help?
I'm desperately looking for some advice, thank in advance!
