sorry if this sounds like a dumb question. I'm a FTM and I just want to be sure I'm getting it right, I did talk to pediatrician but I didn't get a clear answer from her.

Can anyone please be kind and explain the difference between diarrhea and a normal poop for babies. My 4 month old started to have wet diarrhea very pale yellow almost looked like pee but it definitely was actually poop. she was having these type of diapers about 13-15 times in a 24 hour mark. She was acting normal laughing and playing and drinking all her milk (formula fed only) and having plenty of wet diapers so I wasnt worried about dehydration. but now ita day 7 and she's still having yellow watery poops at least 7 times in a 24 hour mark again acting normal and all. Should I take her in or does this sound normal? I'm attaching pictures of the poops can anyone tell me is this is considered diarrhea or just your normal poop? I'm asking because her poops have always been a green color.
