Sweet tooth healthy snack idea!!!!

Y’all may already know about this, but if anyone is on a weight loss journey, and has a sweet tooth, some days are hard!!!!

I have discovered the most delicious snack for when I have a sweet tooth…..

Chocolate rice cake with a thin layer of peanut butter is the most heavenly thing ever. It’s decadent but soooooo much better than binging on chocolate bars, cakes or cookies! Keeps you full between meals and really takes the edge off when you have a craving.
