No, however the pain being relieved or the fever coming down can help them.fall asleep. If your in pain that keeps you awake, removing the pain lets you fall asleep. Its not the medicin that makes you tired

No but I'd like to suggest a better, clean medicine to give your baby's and children. Look up the brand Genexa. Their medicine ONLY contains the active ingredient, natural flavor and water. Compare the genexa acetaminophen to children's Tylenol and you'll never want to give them anything else but Genexa. You can find it at Walmart ir order it online.

Idk but I’ve been hearing horrible things about baby Tylenol and now I’m scared to use it, not sure if acetaminophen is any better or motrin.
