I see a lot of the conversations surrounding menstruation and pregnancy always center a heteronormative perspective.
Non binary, trans, intersex + people are rarely included in the narrative. Besides, a lot of the discourse seems to be based on bio essentialism, which is a very harmful & dangerous thing for queer communities.
I know it’s a deeper topic, but still felt like it needs to be talked about more.
