Baking with littles...a vent

I know learning to cook and bake is a great way to foster toddler development, but whhyyyy does it have to take so much longer when you let your four year old help?!? I tried to quickly make a naan bread to go with lunch, she asked to help and I said yes. But between all the questions, extra whisking time, and teaching her how to knead bread and not treat it like play dough, it was a JOB and it took an extra thirty minutes. 🤦🏻‍♀️ At least I can hold on to hope she will cherish these memories in the kitchen
