Husband made me breakfast in new unwashed cookware. Metallic taste in mouth.
We just bought a new copper and stainless steel pot and my husband was excited to make my steel cut oats in it and forgot to wash it first. He said the water boiled for 5 min ahead of time so it’s likely ok, but now I have a metallic taste in my mouth for the last hour. I would normally wash everything before use. Should I be worried?
