PCOS and pregnant!
So we are finally pregnant with out rainbow baby after our loss almost 2 yrs ago. What I did this time as I did last time when I became pregnant was, I fasted. I know with PCOS, diet plays a huge part. I chose to limit myself to all the fruits/veggies/nuts/water I could possibly eat/drink for one week and then added in only lean meats (nothing fried) one serving a day the rest of the month. I still didn't drink anything other than water. The exact month I fasted I became pregnant both times, coincidence... Idk....but I definitely believe my better food choices played a huge part. The only difference this time was I was taking Navitas Natural Maca and Premier One Royal Jelly. I'm happy and thankful and praying that my little peanut hangs in there! 🙏
