It's way too early to be looking for 'good signs' from temps. In fact, the very earliest implantation occurs is 6DPO, most commonly on 9-10DPO and as late at 12DPO. 
If you're temps stay elevated and don't start dropping around the time AF is due, that could be a good sign as, in early pregnancy, temps stay elevated. However, sometimes temps stay elevated until AF and there is a sudden drop rather than a gradual drop over a few days.
