I felt fine at 4 weeks pp but I still waited until 6 weeks. I had a smooth delivery though and no tearing!

I waited 5 weeks 🫣 it didn’t hurt till he sped up but I bled afterwards so I’d definitely wait the full 6 weeks next time lol.
