26 weeks
Our little one was born in an emergency c section that has been planned for 2 weeks. At my 20 week scan we noticed he was a bit small and my blood pressure was very high, as the weeks progressed he got farther and farther behind at 25 weeks I got admitted into the hospital because he was showing signs that we'd need to deliver shortly. We started doing all of the things we needed to try and make it the most successful, steroids planning for magnesium and daily ultrasounds to see what was happening on the Friday we had a scare his heart rate started dropping we watched and this and I got an iv in my arm and we started prepping, we decided that he was fine but just incase we were leaving the iv in, after that I wasn't allowed to eat starting at midnight just incase we had to go the next day and I had to wait for my ultrasound and daily nst on the Sunday everyone was a bit behind so it was 11 am and I hadn't heard back we decided to do a nst so all the information was ready when they came to me, about 5 muinnets in his heart drops but recovered and it did that a few times, the nurse decided to call the residents and while she was on the phone she watched and I listened as it plummeted to 50 bpm and stayed, he eventually climbed back up but it was dragging, she came back in with a bag of sailine and said OK your going!!! I was put on a magnesium bolis and prepped for surgery my parter made it in time and I was in the operating room within the hour he was lifted out sack and all to ensure the best results, Lincoln was born at 410 grams originally put on cpap but then later that night intebated to ensure he didn't loose too much weight, it's been almost 5 months and he's now 8 pounds 3 oz and finally home!! He was at the hospital for 4 months and 2 weeks
