Back pain and covid?

Has anyone had back pain as one of the main symptoms of covid? So far I have managed to get by this pandemic without catching covid so I’m not sure the symptoms. Today I had whole body aches but advil relived much of the pain except for my back. On/off sore throat. Headache that was also relieved by advil. Diarrhea. And stomach upset that got better with eating. Obviously I will take a test when I get home but I haven’t experienced this severe of back pain since I was pregnant
