Bleeding after masturbating

So, I'm a little freaked out. Last week, I got my first ever penetrative dildo. I cleaned it properly and during my first use, I noticed a few little brown flakes in my discharge and thought nothing of it. The next morning when I went to the bathroom it looked like I started my period, but when it starts with the older brown blood. It continued like that for the rest of the day. It kind of stopped and I sort of assumed it was spotting or something but then, I used the dildo again a few days later and started bleeding the same old looking brown blood. So reasonably, I thought it was the dildo and I tossed it. I decided to try my fingers for the first time. I started bleeding again. I called a Gyno's office and even though I've never had an intimate partner, they said the dildo counted as being sexually active and I most likely have Chlamydia or gonorrhea. It doesn't hurt and I have no other symptoms. Does anyone know what this is? What do I do to fix it?
