I have been having wisdom tooth issues since almost a decade my dentist refused to take em our and due that one side of my throat/tonsil would often stay sore and after sometime i just stopped bothering. But, few months ago i have been having bad ear pain on the same swollen tonsil side and ENT doc said it's due to impacted wisdom molars. Can someone help is this is abscess from it or some oral STD. I do have a lymph node on the same side below ear that feels like super tiny ball like movable mass
