I just turned 6 weeks today. i’ve already been to the hospital for spotting and I started bleeding bright red causing me to think I was miscarrying but I didn’t. they keep telling me it’s normal in early pregnancy just yo keep an eye out and it was a threatened miscarriage.. they gave me some cephalexin (keflex) on the pharmacy paper it said used to treat bacterial infections. which i’m sure I did have one. the ER did a pelvic exam and also a transvaginal ultrasound but didn’t let me see the screen or tell me anything about it. they said it looked normal.. anywho i’ve been taking the medicine since yesterday and my discharge is yellow with a mix of pink so i’m spotting again 😩 but why is it yellow that’s the confusing part? I thought the medicine would have helped clear some of the infection or do I give it more time? the picture it looks tinted but it’s not it’s definitely a different color
