Currently 6weeks pregnant based on LMP. I won’t be meeting with a doctor till 8weeks (nobody wants to see me), but I noticed my progesterone reducing (I’ve been doing blood work every week since I found out I was pregnant. It went from 18.9 to 17.9 to 11).

I was able to get progesterone pill 200mg prescribed through push health. Used it yesterday and by this morning when I was wiping myself, my tissue paper was red. No cramping, just the blood.

Update: Had to go to ER on Friday because anytime I pee, I noticed old blood dripping out from me. Ultrasound was done but they could not see anything not even the gestational sac, HCG returned as 944.

I was told it could be a start of miscarriage and I should go see my obgyn in 2/3 days.

On Saturday till today (Sunday), brown blood turned to bright red blood like the start of my period, no cramping just bleeding. Currently wearing a pad.

I guess this is it. I don’t even know how to cry. Just feeling numb. I never imagined my very first pregnancy ending in miscarriage.

I don’t even know if I can bring myself to check my Hcg level tomorrow.

I just want to wake up from this nightmare.
