i am once again paranoid HELP

Okay so since my last post my piercing has not gotten very much better. It keeps getting stuck in my lip. like the skin is drying around it. and i just pushed it up and the hole seems to be really big, like it’s stretching it. as seen in the first photo. It is a bit painful and i’m just scared that somethings wrong but i may just be overreacting. i also attached some pics of some of the discharge coming from it. i just cleaned it and it wasn’t as dark as the photo this time. Please comment your thoughts on what i should do :)) thank you
