Please help!!

Hi guys so 2 years ago I had a miscarriage I didn't know I was pregnant and it showed up negative on the doctors tests but then my nloods came back detecting a pregnancy but it was goen so low so we knew was miscarriage, anyway since then I have been so afraid every period I get that's really bad I think is it happening again, or am not due my period for another 2 weeks but today I am bleeding when I wipe and a bit tender on my right side of my hip, I also did have a pile on my bum and thought maybe it was from that bursting but the blood is not coming from there at all, I took a test today there and says negative could I be miscarriage possibly?
