What all did you pack for baby in hospital bag?

My first, everything. 
My second, a newborn outfit and a 0-3 month outfit. Literally that's it. They give us everything at the hospital and send us home with way more. Way too much stuff. We always leave with carts full of stuff. Diapers, wipes, blankets, Binks, bottles, nose suckers, everything. Demoplast and peri bottles and pads and mesh panties and tucks pads. All the things. Everything in that room is yours, take it when you leave or we throw it out. Legit.

Here's what I actually used.
Packed 2 outfits, 1 in nb size and 1 in 0-3 just in case, both my babies took the nb size
A couple diapers but the hospital does provide
A few wipes, hospital also had those

I used this as a checklist of what I needed. For me I packed comfortable clothes to go home in and extra clothes in case of a shower. I made sure I had my glasses, shower stuff, charger and a book to read. I had all my important information. For my fiancé I packed him a set of clothes. He also had a book and my laptop if he wanted to watch movies. For our son I packed a newborn set and a 0-3 month set since I didn’t know how big he was gonna be. I also brought an extra blanket to put over him in the car seat since it was winter still. I did end up requesting some nipple cream because I forgot to pack mine. I also regret not grabbing my boppy pillow cause it was hard breastfeeding with regular pillows. Though if you have long hair I recommend braiding it or putting it in a bun. After the first day of my induction I took my braid out to shower when I got a break and regret not braiding it again cause it bothered me during labor.

A change of clothes, a robe, tooth brush, hair brush, hair band, 3 outfits for baby (we didn't know which would fit), shower shoes, boppy pillow. Didn't end up brushing my hair or teeth (gross, I know). My husband brought snacks, his toiletries, and clothes. He ended up going home for the night though because there was no good place to sleep and we lived close. I was in hospital for 48h.

I brought 2 pair of socks, 2 0-3/3 month outfits. (She was busten out of them) should have brought a 3-6 month outfit. The hospital provides binkies, formula if needed, breastfeeding/ pumping stuff, diapers, wipes, butt cream, etc. We didnt really have to bring anything except a going home outfit and her carseat
