I need some advice.

Last night I was working and went to the hospital because when I went to the restroom there was blood. They had me wait there 4 hours just to check my blood to see if I was really pregnant which I am and they send me home telling me “ it’s probably a miscarriage and you have to let it run it’s course “ 😭 well today I woke up bleeding much worse like a heavy period. I just would have hit 4 weeks tomorrow. Could this be my last period or do you guys think it’s an actual miscarriage 😭 hate this so much but I wanted some opinions even if it hurts
