No Symptoms is this normal ??

Hello,

I need some help and understanding please. I am currently 5weeks and 2 days pregnant this is my rainbow baby right after my Miscarriage in May. I am a little bit confused as I don’t have any symptoms what’s so ever compared to the last time around this stage I had sore boobs etc but now I feel completely normal and no sign of symptoms apart from a missed period and positive pregnancy test. Can this be possible I’m I doing something wrong?. My first ultrasound is in two weeks and I don’t know if I can wait that long I just want to know if everything is ok with baby.
