I had that same problem when I was younger and started exploring myself. I grew up in a sex positive household. My mom worked as a nurse in OB. I was very educated in terms of female health and sex. However after I was done I felt shameful and guilty. Looking back now I feel it was my low self esteem and anxiety getting the best of me. As I got older that feeling kind of drifted away when I learned to love myself. It could be something that’s bothering you subconsciously. Go into it with a positive mindset and know that there is no shame in pleasuring yourself. It is completely natural and healthy. ♥️

I’m so sorry you are feeling this way. Masturbation is a beautiful thing, like think of this way… you have the power to do something for yourself that feels good. Masturbation is also SO natural.

It very common to feel like that and sometimes its a good idea to try and push through that feeling try smiling after ur done even if you don't feel like it sometimes you can trick ur brain into feeling better

I’ve dealt with the guilt but I did grow up in a religious household. Now as I’ve grown into an adult I don’t feel guilty. I know it’s completely normal and natural for anyone!

You have nothing to feel guilty about. It’s normal for a lot of people to feel the same way that you do, since we are often taught shame surrounding expression of sexuality, but sexuality is natural and healthy. I hope that as you continue to grow and express yourself you can get past it and enjoy pleasure guilt-free :)
