Out of the six cycles I’ve been tracking lately I ovulated 4/6. The last 3 in a row were ovulatory. When I ovulate it is always between days 30–32 with 40-45 day cycles.

This is my first medicated cycle and I am taking letrozole CD 3-7. People with similar cycles (late/sometimes absent ovulation without meds): did you have to use the trigger shot or were you able to ovulate on your own? If you ovulated spontaneously, was your ovulation still late or did the letrozole help move it up to around CD 14?
