How to induce labor naturally?

I will be 37 weeks on Sunday! I got checked yesterday and I’m 1 cm dilated and 0 effects. 
I’m scheduled induction on Sunday 21st due to medical reason! I really wanted to go labor natural and it’s not going to happen 😩 any tips Mybe to help me get more dilated before next week?

This was me! I was about to be induced at 40 weeks, which I really did not want. At all my appointments, I was only 1/2 cm dilated. I did start eating alot of dates, stair/curb walking, yoga, and miles circuit (I think that's what its called). My water broke naturally in the middle of the night at 39 and 4! Theres still hope!

Girl I’m in the same boat! I got a sweep and that failed. I’ve been trying all the old wives tails but my OB said sex is the only thing that actually helps. Specifically the semen because prostaglandin is in it and that helps soften/dilate the cervix. Good luck!
