HELPPPPPPPP AM I OKAY?! So basically I’ve been feeling a UTI type feeling. I felt this a day or two before my period is supposed to start. I’ve been looking up stuff like “can you get UTI’s before your period” and stuff like “is it common to get UTI’s before your period” I’m extremely worried as vaginal cancer runs in my family. I’m only 18 (almost 19) so I doubt I’d have have cancer but I get worried that I could. Almost every girl in my family has had vaginal cancer but it happened to them late 40’s early 50’s. I also haven’t gotten my period I was supposed to get it 2 days ago. I have irregular flow so I’m normally 2-7 days late. Ive always had UTI’s as a kid I would get like 1-2 every few weeks. (I’ve been to a doctor and he told me I just have them more common due to the vaginal issues that runs in the family and cuz I wasn’t taking care of myself down there) I want to go to a doctor but I’m hesitant since money is really low and I wouldn’t even be able to afford the fees/medicine they give you. I’ve gotten rid of them on my own before and if anyone wants to know just let me know. Basically I’m stressed out over it😅 I don’t want to tell my bf that I might need to go to the doctor cuz he has work in 30 minutes and he cares about me a lot so it would stress him out.
