I’m 7 weeks and 1 day. Can this be early signs of a miscarriage?

This morning I had this come out of me. I’m worried.

I had light brown spotting yesterday morning and by night time I had bigger clots, dark red and severe cramping. 
This morning I had a discharge of what looks like a big tissue lining? Idk I messaged my doctor. My first appt was this upcoming Thursday. We were going to announce to our parents this weekend since my birthday is this upcoming week too. 
I’m trying to keep my hopes up but It’s hard😔 
We’ll see what the doctor says.

It could, but it’s almost just as likely to end up being just fine.  It’s so hard to know without an ultrasound. Definitely let your doctor know and they can decide if you need to be seen. Good luck 💕

Brown is typically old blood. It would be concerning if it was bright red :) but call your ob, they may have protocol they'd like you to follow :)
