Case of the ex 🙄

My spouse and I were having casual conversation and he told me he really liked one of his exs because the sex was really good. I played it cool but it made me overthink a little. I know he loves me and loves being with me but what should I do if I’m insecure that she was better than me in that area ? I feel like the pressure to step it up recently has had me in my head while we have sex. I don’t even wanna bring it up to him and sound insecure but I’m a little bothered… advice ?
