FMU isn't as accurate as evening urine when testing early... what are your thoughts on this article?!

I read an interesting article today that basically said more women get positive results from afternoon/evening urine compared to FMU when testing from 8-15DPO.

I'm curious what you think of this? Has anyone tested at the 'recommend' times and found it to be more accurate than FMU? 
I'm 8DPO tomorrow so considering testing at both times to see if it makes a difference. Or do you think it's just a waste and FMU is best?!

I didn’t use this chart but got all my positive tests in the evening. 
I think if you’re pregnant and have enough HCG it doesn’t matter when you test

I thought I'd update. 
I tested today at 8DPO and got faint lines!! 
Here is my FMU test:

And here is this evening with a 3-3.5hr hold:

The evening urine line seemed ever so slightly darker. I showed hubby and he saw it too! I definitely think there's some truth to the chart incase anyone else wonders.

I think that makes a lot of sense depending on when implantation occurred. If implantation occurred on cd 8 it makes sense that you’d be more likely to get a positive result on cd 9 in the pm rather than am because that gives an additional 12+ hours for HCG to build up. I think the most important thing is holding the urine for a few hours and limiting fluids during that time so that the urine sample isn’t diluted.

I agree. I’ve always had better lines in afternoon/evening. My FMU does not show best results. Even with my trigger cycles, test were darker in the PM vs AM.
