Had my daughters baby shower today and it was sooo disappointing 😢 barely anyone came after so many people said they were coming. We bought food, games, and prizes all people had to do was show up, but only my immediate family was here 😭 I feel like I’ve wasted money and energy for a simple family get together. Now I’ve got to get so many things before my daughter arrives in 6 weeks or less. This is my second baby, but my first was a boy and his baby shower was absolutely amazing, but I was very sick and didn’t get to enjoy it at all. I just wanted something like that again, and was looking forward to actually feeling better and excited. Just very sad that my daughter didn’t get what my son had.
