Empty Gestational Sac at 6 weeks
Two days ago we went into my RE’s office for our 6 week ultrasound. (I had gone in previously at 4w+5 because of some bleeding, but was reassured to see a small gestational sac.) But at 6 weeks we saw a larger gestational sac that is empty. I’m pretty much prepared for another loss (my third miscarriage in a row), but am trying to save some hope. We’re going back at 7 weeks to see if they can find a yolk sac and fetal pole. I’m also getting my bloodwork done again tomorrow. Like I said, I think I know this is a loss, but has anyone experienced anything like this and it turned out ok?
